2011 Youth and Philanthropy Awards

YAP XII 2011The 2011 United Way of Tompkins County Youth and Philanthropy Council XII, composed of 20 students within Tompkins Seneca and Tioga County BOCES District. Thanks to Park Foundation funding and their continued support of the program, the Youth and Philanthropy students awarded $25,000 in one-time grants to the following initiatives:

All Tompkins County nonprofits are eligible to apply for Youth and Philanthropy funds. Grants are awarded to quality programs and services that demonstrate substantiated need, clear goals, effective collaborations, and measurable outcomes.
