Community Care Fund Awards

COMMUNITY CARE FUND

The Community Care Fund invests in programs that address community needs and improve lives in Tompkins County. Every year, the Community Care Fund awards grants to programs sponsored by our local partner agencies that focus on the building blocks of a good life: Education, Income and Health. Volunteers determine award amounts based on current UWTC community assessment data and program outcomes. UWTC tracks and measures the outcomes of funded programs, ensuring that donor dollars do the most good by supporting the critical and effective services for our community. More than ever, in these times, we all must LIVE UNITED.
