United Way of Tompkins County announces the tenth year of its Stephen E. Garner Summers of Service Scholarships. This youth employment and learning opportunity, funded primarily by Cornell University’s Student United Way Campaign, will provide twelve paid summer jobs for local high school students (first priority to those entering their senior year) at United Way of Tompkins County’s member organizations.
